FVDI J2534 is a vehicle diagnostic communication interface device that full compatible with SAE J2534-1 and partly SAE J2534-2. It supports most of vehicle communication protocols and can be used as PassThru device for many dealer level diagnostic software. Multi Flasher by Romik Software Installation Guide

MultiFlasher is a chip-tuning software intended for reading/writing FLASH and EEPROM memory of ECUs. It can use any adapter supporting J2534 standard, e.g. OpenPort 2.0 by Tactrix.

Before flashing and after reading the program checks the firmware and checksums, and corrects them if needed. It allows to avoid flashing incorrect dumps or to make sure that reading is correct. It contains a function of errors reading, decoding and reset with a possibility to manually add and edit their description.

Inline 8.3 Connection Errors & Solutions:
When you connect Inline 8.3 with datalink adapters such as Cummins Inline 7 data link, Nexiq USB Link 2 and the like, you may have error messages for communication failures:
Error 5200: Indicates communication loss between computer and the datalink adapter.
Error 5201: Indicates communication loss between the datalink adapter and the ECM.
Error 5202: Indicates no communication could be established between the datalink adapter and the computer.
Error 5204: Indicates no communication could be established between the datalink adapter and the ECM.

How to use Ktag 7.020 to read Read Delphi CRD. 11

Problem:
Try to read ecu from Mercedes W204 2.2 CDI 100kW. I use KSuite 2.13 and KTAG EU 7.020 via BDM.
Trying Read it via protocol (Delphi DCM3.2 MERCEDES P119) but without success.
After identifying ECU …
i get response:
Hardware configuration not supported: send the LOG files to the software provider.
BDM connections is the same as in the HELP in KSuite.
How correctly READ and WRITE this ecu by KTAG master clone ?

Solution:
You can read this ecu with ktag clone v7.020, customers do this several times.
The problem could be you’ve missed 2 pins shows yellow instruction in ktag.
You need make direct connect with 2 pins on the pcb, and they will read it.
One more thing, better use genuine or high quality crd1.1 adapter to work with.
You can also make bdm adapter out of your soldering adapter which came with k-tag.

Micropod 2 programs Fobik to Chrysler 200 when ALL KEYS LOST

Confirmed! wiTech Micropod 2 clone is able to do online programming to Chrysler including ECU programming and key adding even when all keys are lost. Here you go.

Purpose: Micropod 2 clone programs new key fobik to Chrysler 200 when all keys are lost
Car: 2015 Chrysler 200 (The 2015 Chrysler 200, along with other Fiat-based models like the Jeep Renegade, Jeep Cherokee, and Ram Promaster, are all equipped with a rolling PIN Code.)

What you need:
Locksmith Identification Number (LSID through NASTF)
Proper keys to be programmed
PIN Code
Laptop
MicroPOD II good quality clone or the genuine
wiTECH diagnostic application

Before you begin the programming process, you should the Key Code (key cut code) and Authorized PIN (key programming).

VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT:
  • You must be online to program the key with Micropod 2 clone.
  • You can pull the PIN Code with OBDSTAR F104 key tool.
  • If you input the wrong code for 3 times, it locks the BCM and you cannot service the vehicle for 24 hours.
  • The key is one-time programmable. Once married to the vehicle it is locked to the car forever. The key can be erased from the car and put back into the same car, but can’t be switched to another car.
  • The placement of the key during initialization is important. It needs to be placed either behind the shifter or in the center console.


How to program fobik with wiTECH app:

Step 1:
Plug the MicroPOD II adapter into the OBD port and connect the USB cable from the device to your laptop. This wakes the BUS on the car.

Step 2:

Manually enter the VIN of the vehicle. This gives you access to the module list.  Select the RFH (Radio Frequency Hub) module. This is the module where the key is registered.

Step 3:

Next select “Miscellaneous Functions,” then “Program Ignition Fobiks.”  At this point, you are prompted to enter the VIN again, followed by the four-digit PIN Code.

Step 4:

After the four-digit pin is entered you are prompted to hit continue to “Program Ignition FOBIK.” Once you hit continue you must press the UNLOCK button on the FOBIK within 30 seconds (the FOBIK needs to be located near the center console during this procedure).

Step 5:

Programming of the Ignition FOBIK is now successful. The new key key is accepted into the car, and the ignition will now turn on and start the car. At this point, you also have the option to program a second key with wiTech application.
