Yanhua Mini ACDP and module 11 adds BMW F series 6HP EGS reset function in March, 2019.

How to Reset BMW F series 6HP EGS with Yanhua Mini ACDP?

Step 1. Prepare ACDP, OBP+ICP adapter, EGS interface board and EGS module.

Step 2. Connect the 6HP end of the EGS interface board to the EGS module interface.

Step 3. Short the CAN termination resistor on the OBP+ICP adapter to the “CAN-R-Join” terminal.

Step 4: Shorton the jumper cap to the “CAN-R-Join” according to the marked position

Connect the ACDP, OBP+ICP adapter, EGS interface board and EGS module.
Go to BMW Programming function->Clear EGS ISN-> Clear ISN

How to connect Yanhua Mini ACDP with Bluetooth Adapter?

This is obdii365 tech support for Yanhua Mini ACDP with the following error message when connected to the mobile:

Step 1. Bluetooth adapter connection
Plug the Bluetooth adapter into the PC USB port ( Make sure the driver is installed) and the PC is connected to WIFI

Step 2. ACDP initial use setup
Run ACDP software on the PC desktop

Go to Mini ACDP setting – initial use settings

Initial use settings (ACDP)
  1. the pc is connected to the wifi and confirm it has access to the internet
  2. acdp hardware access power adapter
  3. press and hold the “SET” button on the acdp device for about 7 seconds until the device buzzer’s
sounds, then release the “SET” button and click on “Next”

Initial use of settings (WIFI configuration)
If the PC is a laptop with WIFI access function, read [note 1]
If the PC is connected through a WIFI router with wired network, read [note 2]:If the PC with WIFI access function, Connect the PC to WIFI.

If the PC without WIFI access function, Connect the WIFI adapter with the PC USB, Connect the WIFI
and follow the steps below
  1. select serial port
  2. open
  3. scan
  4. device
  5. wifi name
  6. wifi password
  7. start configuration

Program BMW Motorbike HP4 2014 All Keys Lost with Ktag and TMpro2

Motorcycle: BMW HP4 2014 with ID46 chip

Tools required:
Ktag and BDM probe
Key Programmer TMPro2 

Procedure:
Step 1: Read ECU data

Remove ECU near the tank

Remove the back case of the ECU and connect it with Ktag via Bosch BDM probe in boot mode

Select BMW Motorcycle Bosch ME9+ BMSK P188

Save dump, including 3 files dump zip, b.FLS and b.MPC CPU data


Step 2: Write Key
You can write key with VVDI2, Tango or TMPro2. Here is the example of TMpro.
Need to purchase BMW 109 bikes engine ECU Bosch module license.

Upload b.FLS (M58BW016DB data) read by Ktag
Program chip key success.
Insert a brand ne PCF7936 chip into TM Pro2

Press Write Key until success
TMPro2 support all data formats. You don't need to modify data, i.e FLS format file read by ktag. Directly upload to TMpro and write key.
If you choose VVDI2, you have to modify file as BIN format. Otherwise it will fail to write key.
Reinstall ECU back to BMW motor.

    ● The whole SP8 series has special ISP interfaces buffered with special chips, and supports 2.0V~5.5V target boards (chips).

the file was then adjusted for a power map.
erased the chip then wrote the new modified map file to the chip.

Example: SOFi SP8-F USB Programmer Remaps Chip tuning a 2004 Volvo XC90 2.4VD, ECU was a BOSCH EDC15C11 which had a 44pin AM29F400BT chip.

We removed the chip, placed it into our chip reader and backed up the cars map file. The file was then adjusted for a power map. We erased the chip then wrote the new modified map file to the chip. Once the chip was wrote we prepared the ECU’s PCB and re-soldered the chip back to the board.
