This is how to install and activate SDP3 2.38:
1) Install run admin 1.bat
2) Restart the PC
3) Install sdp3 2.38.2 and restart
4) Install driver 32 or 64 Bit
5) Run “Hardware ID Reader” copy ID machine
6) Run “Protection REG” paste up ID machine —> click in “Decode Fingerprint” —> click in “Generate” —> a .reg file is generated in the folder
7) Run clik .reg file and apply in registy
8) Copy and replace in the program folder 2 file “Fix 2.38.2”
9) Run install “ScaniaSDP3Time Add 2 Year”
10) Restart PC

Repair SRS RENESAS H8SX with Diatronik and GProg

How-to: Toyota/Honda/Subaru Renesas H8SX UART airbag module reset using Diatronik OBD Tool and Gprog.

What you need:
Diatronik SRS OBD Tool/CarMasterX/GromCalcTool

With Gprog adapter you can do Toyota Honda Subaru Renesas H8SX crash remove by solder points and read/write Renesas H8SX full flash by Jtag.
Note: Gprog cannot work stand alone. It must work with airbag reset devices, i.e Diatronik here.

Remove and disassemsble airbag control unit
Connect airbag module with Gprog and diatronik obd tool following the wiring (check wiring below)

What’s the best programming tool for Volvo renesas M32C read?

You can get PIN code for M32C renesas from vida log file
But I tried with an Chinese one I got no details
You have to use original vida with an official account to get correct logging

Good to know:
The DiCE uses a Renesas M32C/85 microprocessor which has internal flash memory. This flash memory is used for storage of the firmware image alosng with device specific configuration data. Flash block 1 is used to store, among other things, the serial number and the bluetooth id of the particular DiCE. If you’re getting all zero’s when the DiCE is connected to your computer then it’s likely the contents of flash block 1 have been erased.

This can happen under unusual conditions, I’ve caused it once by adding a bluetooth card to a clone DiCE. If you happen to cut power to the DiCE when it’s in the middle of rewriting block 1 then you can end up with an erased block. In my case it was likely recreating block 1 with the bluetooth id when I turned it off.

One of the other pieces of data stored in block 1 is a “flight recorder” of DiCE hardware failures. When the software detects there is something wrong with the hardware it logs it in block 1. Again, if you cut the power when the log is full and it needs to rewrite block 1 you can end up with an empty block 1.

I’d be inclined to blame the crap clone hardware rather than malicious DiCE firmware. The DiCE is recoverable if you have a programmer for the M32C/85 and know the programming key, if one has been set.

remove this chip when reading data. cut off the power supply and wire the chip back after reading data.

Which tool to Program BMW Motorcycle R1200GS 2015 Key?

First Try:
Copy key with original key using key copy machines. Try many key copier JMD Handy baby IICN900Keydiy etc, some can read chip type but ALL failed to copy key.

Second Try:
Try IMMO Off method

Remove the ECU.  It is a Bosch BMSX type ECU.
Follow Ktag master wiring to read Bosch ME17.2 BMSX IROM TC1797 BMW (P452)

Nothing changes 2 days later.
Immo off failed.


Third Try:
Read immo data to to write key
Load data to TangoVVDI2TM100 key programmers, all failed to write key.
These devices support old BMW motorbikes with 46 chip only.  None will write a 4D70 chip key.

Last Try:
Finnaly I was told by some motorcycle experts,  the TMPro2 (Transponder Maker Pro) is a motor beast.
So got my TMPro2 ordered here:

Device is very clean and simple. A main unit, a few connectors and an eeprom adapter.
Visit the official website http://tmpro2.com, download device software and got it well installed.

Directly connect device with laptop via USB port, don’t need extra power supply.
Software is multi-language available (Bulgarian, English, French, Portuguese, Polish, Hungarian, Spanish, Serbian, Italian, Czech, Chinese, Greek, Turkish and Romanian). Here I tested the Chinese version.
There are 211 software modules available currently, including 38 Motorbike modules.

There are several BMW motorbike modules depends on years.
For R1200GS, you need to purchase module 191.
For BMSX or BMS2K or BMSMP ECU – to see where keys are stored you must check what is on ignition barrel.
If there is IMMOBOX UNIT – keys are stored in this unit but not in ECU.

Purcshe the license from the obdii365.com again. They got it activated very quickly.
Then follow the wiring diagram to connect

Read the immo data and load data to TMPro2 transponder key programmer to write key (same procedure to add key and make all keys lost).
Result: successfully add a workingn new key using tmpro.

Total cost: a new key ($400 from ebay)+ TMPro2 device 200 Euro or so+ 191 Module 1200 Euro
