Trying to read microchip 93c56 (Toyota Avalon 2002), after I read dump with vvdi prog and tried to open the eeprom file with Xhorse vvdi2 programmer, I got “unknown version”
Solution:
Although VVDI2 has this in the menu, it sucks with Toyota.
Happens all the time, it's why you need more than one tool.
Tango key programmer does this 100%.
