In sum:

The main difference between Rlink J2534, Rlink Lite and Rlink X7 is in the software drivers they come with.
Rlink X7 is a new product.

Rlink J2534 and Rlink D9S Lite include all software drivers.
Rlink X7 only comes with one brand driver of your choice.
In terms of OEM support, the Rlink X7 and Rlink Lite cover more brands (now supports 18 brands), such as
Ford IDS, Nissan Consult III, JLR Pathfinder & Topix, Benz XEntry DAS, Vediamo, DTS, BMW ISTA, E-sys, INPA, Roewe VDS2, Porsche PIWIS 4. Rlink J2534 does not support these brands.

Rlink J2534 and Rlink X7 support USB connection only. Rlink Lite will connect via WiFi and RJ45. Rlink Lite supports more protocols. It also has a LCD display.

What’s more, the Rlink Lite supports remote diagnosis function.
