A special BENZCV license is required to use the truck software. Here’s how to get it:

Existing Users: Simply provide your VCX device serial number to your distributor to activate the license for FREE!

 

How to Update VXDIAG Benz Truck Driver?

1. Update VCI Firmware: Ensure your device is running the mandatory firmware version V1.9.6.0 (20251121).

2. Update VCI License: Activate and confirm your BENZCV license is present and active.

3. Update Benz C6 License: The system will automatically switch modes:

Under XENTRY Truck software, the device will automatically switch to the C6 Truck Edition.
Under XENTRY Car software, the device will automatically switch to the C6 Standard Edition.
