Which Tool to Read Seat Alhambra 2007 PIN and Add Key?

 Problem:

A friend has Alhambra 2007 chip 44, he has 2 keys, one of them starts the car but the other does not start even though when I read chip id, they have the same id. We have tried to read pin code with xhorse key tool max to be able to program a new key but eventually all keys stopped starting the car. Which tool can program key for this car?

Solution:

The cheapest option would be SBB. Sbb read pin add key no problem. Tested working 100%.
