You can do it with im508/im608 & G-Box2 just have to do the same kind of dance with battery cables and crap. Autel doesn’t work with xhorse bypass cable. when using autel for Ford akl you need to use the gbox2.

Hook up the gbox2 in series with the obd2 cable and provide an external 12vc source to the gbox2 and proceed with disconnect battery as stated in all keys lost instructions.

Connect a 12v wire (12v power supply) to an extension cord from the inverter. Connected the gbox2 to the obd and the im508. Then just do step by step from what it says. And yes the alarm was active before you started.

Machine gives you instructions. If it’s with alarm active there is a process to wait for ten minutes and you will hear a beep after that you have 1 minute to program the key.

Smart pro, or wait 10 min with door open and key in ignition. Wait for the honk and you will have 1 min to program key, if you don’t then you have to start again.

It will bypass 10 min on most Ford Models!

Function: Ford 2018-, read Pin code, program keys and delete keys. 128 bite high security All keys lost with active alarm.

 

 

FYI:

There is a much easier way to program these ford’s with active alarm.
Simply, lock door using screwdriver
Put power to J2534 or directly to tool.
Remove battery terminal.
Replace battery terminal.
Wait 10-15 minutes until.you hear 2 beeps.
Then begin programming.
The only thing that this device does is to maintain voltage to tool while battery is disconnected.

 

 

8.

Turn the alarm off with the door key pad

Code is printed on the security module on all fords.  You do not necessarily have to have a key turned on to read the door code. turn on flashers to wake the modules up and load vehicle up manually and then go into the bcm and read the code.

It’s in the reverse side of this fuse box/bcm/sjb under the drivers side, left of the pedals.

Tool to Program VW Polo 9N All Keys Lost

 This is a VW Polo 2005, dashboard VDO 6Q0 920 803D. It is EDC15

I tried Xhorse VVDI2, the procedure is correct, but the key does not program.

It read the PIN. The VVDI2 procedure was successful but the immo light is still flashing. I used ID48-TP23 generated by VVDI2.
I tried disconnecting the battery and waiting 10 minutes with the ignition on.

 

Solution:

Keep in mind that vvdi2 with some older vw/ audi/ seat/ skoda cars doesn’t work good. Same as AVDI original.

In most cases vvdi2 program says all ok, but immo light stays on. It happen to me many times.
Best way is to use some other key programmer like sbb or vcds or vaq tacho key tool.

i find vag tacho about the most reliable tool on these 9N polo.

Read dash with fvdi
make transpondeur by dump with tango
and write the new file
dash will show error
just disconnect and reconnect dash plug.

How to Modify R270 BDM Programmer?

I have been using an R270 with these modifications for over a year now with 100% success rate.I have done all variants of M35080, CAS 3, and 080D0WQ. 080D0WQ takes a minute or so to decode but it works. It does take quite a few tries for the R270 to be able to detect it though. When doing a CAS module, you need to use a hot air gun and keep it blowing on the processor.

Replace AH08 with genuine TI SN74AHC08DR (AH08) on main board.
Remove yellow capacitor on C1 on the adapter board.
Use a high quality 12V power supply
Replace 74HC125 with genuine TI CD74HCT125M96E4 on the adapter board.
Replace the capacitor on the main board with a high quality 10V 1000uf capacitor
Replace R11 on adapter board with 10k resistor.

Finally, when using the software, always select "No" during the "check pin state" popup.

CarDag, Autel VCI and some other J2534 don’t emulate original VCIs as VXDIAG does. VXDIAG emulates OEM VCIs – also supports J2534 like cardaq.

For example, Cardag cannot work with Ford IDS, only FJDS -FDRS. VXDIAG works with all IDS, Forscan, FJDS, FDRS.

CarDag cannot be replaced for a VCX SE or C6 VCI used in XDOS either. CarDag only works with xentry passthru version. With the Passthru and XPT devices you cannot work a priori on K lines, therefore older vehicles that use them will not be covered. VXDIAG works with both XDOS and Xentry Passthru.
