 This is an old Bentley, a flood car. Here we will show how to get this immobilizer clone so that we can finally start it up.

The KESSY Module out of a Bentley. The drowned one needs to be cloned. The cloning is for KESSY.

We have the original drowned one and another KESSY module from junkyard.

Run Multiprog software, select VW-KESSY Backup read & write (2008-) (WLED)

Check wiring diagram.

Make a strong zoom-in, every point must be welded on it.

Make sure everything is connected to the wiring diagram.

Read eeprom data.
Verify data.
and save original KESSY eeprom file.

Disconnect wires on the original KESSY module.

This is a donor KESSY module.
Connect junkyard KESSY module with xhorse multi prog and mcu adapter following the same wiring diagrm.

Backup the eeprom of the donor KESSY module.

Open original KESSY data and write to the junkyard module.

Write original backup data successfully.

Read KESSY module data again.

How to Use Xhorse MLB Tool Solder Free Adapters?

 Xhorse released a new MLB solder free adapter kit to work with VVDI MLB Tool for VW, Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley and Porsche MLB key programming.  No need to solder, just use a plier to remove 2 capacitors.

Step 1: Remove capacitors on original key.

Connect VVDI MLB Tool with key tool plus via OTG converter.

Go to Immo programming->Audi->Select by type->MLB immobilizer systems.

Select the corresponding key type and check wiring diagram.

Remove components (2 capacitors) of original key as the diagram shown.

Make sure the pins on the adapter match the contacts marked on the diagram.

Fasten the buckle.
The short side of the buckle faces upwards, and the long side marked in white faces downwards.

3. Connect MLB adapter with MLB tool
After connecting Xhorse MLB adapter with key,  connect the MLB adapter with the MLB tool.
Pay attention to the orientation of the adapter so that it ends up in the sensing area.

Step 4: Now you can add a spare MLB key.

How to Update Yanhua ACDP2 PCF-Key Adapter Firmware?

 Problem:

Making dealer key for VW with Yanhua ACDP2 module 33 on bench and it says this when i put key into pcf key adapter.

Error “PCF-Key Adapter version is low”.

Where I have to update the adapter firmware?

Solution:

Go to Special Function.

Update Yanhua ACDP2 PCF-Key Adapter Firmware 1

Hit Adapter Upgrade.

Select PCF-KEY Upgrade.

 Question:

Is it possible to read PIN code from PSA EDC17C60 ECU eeprom dump read by Foxflash or CG FC200 etc?

It is a 2018 Peugeot Partner with 1.6HDi EDC17c60. Need to get PIN code to make spare key.

This is the method.

In PSA EDC17C60 EEPROM is the PIN code located around the offset 3700.
It is a 4 alfa-numeric code that you will find twice in that area (eg. @ 3780 and @3800).

You must use the grey cable from the BCM.

The emergency coil NOT IN THE START BUTTON put the card front of the gear selector.

 

How to connect the BCM 40 Pin cable to BCM?

That cable is like an extension cord.
Pull out the grey cable from the BCM.
Put the grey cable into the BCM40 cable socket.
and put back the 40pin cable plug into the BCM now empty socket (where from you pulled out the grey cable).
The BCM obd plug into the car’s obd socket and you have an empty obd socket with 12V (from the obd port and the can lines from the BCM thru the extension cord)
No need to cut or pining damaging anything.
plain and simple.
