As titled, which tool can make a 2013 Subaru BRZ smart key system all keys lost via dump.
Xhorse VVDI2: No
Working on a 2013 Subaru BRZ smart key system all keys lost. I removed chip was able to get eeprom dump with Orange 5 off the 93C86. Now VVDI2 says “unknown version” under immo data tool option.
Vvdi2 not cover that immo.
Tango: Yes
Tango is friendly with Toyota and Subaru. It is working 100%. TMPro2 will do if you have a budget.
you must need pag 1 (78) remote.
FVDI or SVCI clone: Yes
Was able to get it done by FVDI.
Believe it or not I used FVDI under Toyota dump tool. The smart ecu box is behind glove box. It prepared key file from my factory prox remote. Wrote new file back to chip and soldered chip back on board, installed ECU back in car. Touched prox to start button and now car starts. You need to program two keys. Now that you have one that can start the car you can add another one then it will be full function.
Lonsdor K518ISE: Yes
This was confirmed by Lonsdor technician. Read eeprom 93c86 and upload to K518 to make dealer key. It will guide you step by step.
