How-to: install VNCI Porsche PT3G PIWIS III device manager and driver PUD API.
Part 1: Install VNCI PT3G Device Manager
The device manager is used to update VNCI PT3G firmware online.

Install VNCI_PT3G_Device_Manager setup.exe until finished.
Run VNCI PT3G Device Manager
Check device information serial number and firmware version
Check if there is a new firmware/software version on server and run an upgrade.
Part 2: Install and configure Actia PUD API driver.
If use our VNCI PT3G HDD, the software and VCI are configured, don’t need to configure VCI driver any more. Plug and play.
If use original or 3rd party PIWIS III software, need to configure VCI in driver PUD API, otherwise may fail to connect.
Make sure the device VCI shows as PT3G_VCI rather than 6154a or other J2534 VCIs.
Download PIWIS OEM driver (includes Actia PUD API Driver and patch) and extract zip file
PIWIS OEM Driver
Copy and paste XS_D_PDU_API_64 folder to PiwisApps/VCI/Actia-64 folder (replace the existing folder)
Then open driver folder, run 3.4.1 patch. (Build connection between software and VCI)
Run ACTIA_D_PDU_API_Tester.exe program on PiwisApps/VCI/Actia_64/XS_D_PDU_API_64 folder
Select device module type as PT3G-VCI
Check if the serial number displayed in D-PDU API driver is the same as displayed in PT3G device manager.
If yes, software is ready to use.
