Autotuner MG1CS003 ECU Could Not Be Patched Solution

 Problem:

It is a mg1cs003 from a 1.5 blue hdi Peugeot Partner. Someone already did a file with another tool and can’t write back to it using Autotuner. 

Error: 

The ECU could not be patched.

This ECU variant is not yet supported or already patched using another tool.

Solution:

Had it in the past with Autotuner and flex, says locked due to anti tuning, press connect or identify again and it'll connect.

Had one other day connected fine read the file, went to reconnect to write file and error saying tuning protection, reconnect few times and it connected and wrote.
It will still start and run.
