KTMFlASH ECU flasher supports VAG DQ200 DQ250 DQ500 VL381 DL501 Direct-shift gearbox Transmission read and write via OBD or boot mode.

KTM Flash workable DSG list:

1) DQ200 – BOOT – ALL,  OBD –ALL, except K-Line 0AM
2) DQ250 – BOOT – E/F/MQB , OBD – All
3) DQ500 – 0BT/0BH (NOT 0DL!) Only read/write via OBD
4) VL300/V30 – BSL – All, OBD –except KW1281
5) VL381 – ALL
6) DL501 -ALL

Operation tips:

OBD Mode:

If you have operational interruption issue during the OBD reading process, turn off ignition and read again.

If a missing/broken file burns the transmission computer, you are allowed to reset data via boot mode.

Boot mode: 

Strongly recommend to use the switch board to enable power automactic off/on.

DQ500 Read/Write:

Directly connect KTMFlash with transmission computer. Manually turn on/off power by controlling 15 PIN J2534.  The second gear should always be on.

Read/Write VL300/V30 via BSL:

Need to drill a hole on the transsmision computer to add a 1Ω resister to GND with a probe. Then connect to k-line. (Strongly recommed to use a switch board as well.)

Location to drill a hole shown as picture below.

Connection diagram:

Red- +12V

Black – GND

Yellow – CAN-HIGH

Blue- CAN-LOW
