Problem:
A customer programmed a new key on a BMW F10 CAS4+ using Yanhua Mini ACDP2 via OBD. After programming, the remote functions and Comfort Access work perfectly on the new key. However, the car won’t start.
Solution:
Perform a fix start function
Sync CAS to DME and will start again.
Look for “Sync code lost repair” function and if it doesn’t work, for “reset starter motor”.
Good news! Yanhua Mini ACDP2/ACDP1 free update ODE transmission gearbox TCU IMMO OFF function in July 2026.
Modules involved are
Compatible gearbox types:
This upgrade is free. For users with modules 19 or 45, you can use this feature after upgrading the app.
The IMMO OFF function is currently only available for ODE gearbox version.
ACDP alone can complete the IMMO OFF function—no other third-party software or devices are required.
New Update Function:
Read IMMO Data
Clear IMMO Data (IMMO OFF)
Magic Motorsport Flex boot glitch unlocking new user report:
This 2023 Fiat Ducato came for tuning and is fitted with a Bosch MD1CS069 ECU, which requires an unlock before any tuning can take place.
There are two ways we can do this:
1. Send the ECU away for unlocking with a typical turnaround of 3–5 days.
2. Unlock it in-house using Magic Motorsport Flex.
This process involves opening the ECU, removing a resistor, carrying out the glitch unlock procedure, then refitting the resistor before reading and writing the ECU in bench mode. When successful, it means the customer can have their vehicle back the very same day.
We removed the ECU, opened it, removed the resistor, completed the glitch process successfully, read the full backup successfully, and the unlock procedure also completed successfully. After refitting the resistor, we connected in bench mode to carry out the read and write.
Keydiy KD-X4 July 2026 Update: Direct ZB Remote programming for New Hyundai & Kia – No Pre‑Generation Required.
A new “Identify key and generate (No Pre‑Generation, Direct KD ZB remote generation)” feature has been added, which resolves the complex selection process for key and remote programming on the latest Hyundai and Kia ID47 and 4A smart key system vehicles.
After the upgrade, there is no need to manually select programs or generate remote in advance.
By using the ZB remote and identifying the VIN or original key information, the device will automatically match the corresponding dedicated remote program.
This greatly simplifies the operating steps and significantly improves programming efficiency.
NOTE:
This feature is only supported on ZB68 remote and later versions. Older models prior to ZB67 are not currently supported.
Example:
Add 2026 Hyundai Elantra smart key
Go to IMMO Programming- Hyundai or Kia- select from vehicle- select region-Program smart key- select any available type.
Choose Identify the key and generate.
Connect the KD-X4 with vehicle via OBD.
Read VIN and confirm.
Place the original vehicle key into the KD-X4’s induction coil and read key data.
Then remove the original key.
Install the battery into the KD ZB smart key. Place the ZB68 remote into the coil to generate remote control data.
No need to manually choose a remote program to generate. KD will generate the remote automatically according to the original key data.
After generating the KD remote, go to Smart key match programming and follow KD prompts to finish key programming.
The new Launch X-prog5 (Prog5/G5) programmer supports reading VAG original MQB49 5C/5D key data to add a spare key. Here is an example of 2023 VW T-roc MQB49 5C.
Connect G5 with Launch X431 tablets (IMMO Plus/PAD V/ PAD VII etc) via USB. The G5 connection is much easier than x-prog3.
Then connect power supply to G5.
VAG MQB49 key programming function requires extra IMMO software package activation.
In X431 device, go to Immobilizer function- System Mode-Immobilizer key programming – Key Learning- MQB immobilizer system.
Select MQB type- MQB49 5C/5D.
Check key wiring diagram.
Disassemble original 5C key.
Check the diagram that matches your original key circuit board.
Solder MCU V1 cable wires to the key board.
Then connect the MCU V1 cable with G5 programmer.
Read and save original key data.
Launch G5 will extract CS code.
Disconnect original key.
Disassemble a new original key, solder the wires to the new key.
Then generate dealer key and learn key afterwards.
Generate Dealer and Key Learning options are alongside the Read Key Data menu — just follow the device’s instructions and you’re good to go.
Below is a case study detailing the repair of a BMW G series BDC3 module that experienced a communication failure (BDC3 module damaged), preventing the vehicle from starting.
BMW 3 Series BDC3 Perfect Rescue:
A 2021 BMW 3 Series (G20) suffered a severe battery drain that left the BDC3 (Body Domain Controller) completely dead — no communication with the vehicle, and no start 😱
To tackle this tough nut, he deployed the ultimate solution:
This process requires specialized equipment and extensive experience — the BDC3 is the core security module on G‑chassis BMWs, and it’s heavily encrypted. Any single mistake could permanently lock the module. Battery drain causing BDC no-communication is a common pain point for the G20/G28, but with the right approach, it can be fixed flawlessly!
Magic Motorsport Flex Boot glitch unlock latest user report:
“Another one added to the collection.
This one is a highly challenging unlock and requires very good, even heat to open the ECU correctly. Do not attempt to open it cold, or you significantly increase the risk of damaging the housing.
BMW Bosch MG1CS001
Open both sides of the ECU.
Remove both resistors.
Proceed with the boot glitch unlock.
Use 5 ohm resistor between E1 and boot pin in case you can’t connect.
The MDG1 Boot Glitch Unlock is a real game changer. If you still don’t have Flex Full, don’t wait any longer—it’s time to start glitching.”
To add a ID47 smart key for the Kia K5 (also known as Kia Cadenza or Kia K8) 2017-, you will normally need to look up or purchase the vehicle’s password. However, the Keydiy KD-X4 offers an alternative solution – it allows you to clone a new smart key without password.
Begin by removing the key shell to access and identify the main control chip inside.
You can either refer to the wiring diagram displayed on the device itself, or check the wiring diagram provided here. Follow the diagram carefully to connect the key board to the device correctly.
Once the key is properly connected, read the key chip data through the device. After the data has been successfully read, write it into a new or used original factory key.
During this step, select the “Write to Original Key”.
Post-Programming Testing:
After the cloning process is complete, test both the engine start and key functions to confirm they are working properly.
Test the remote functions on both keys separately. If you encounter a remote sync loss issue, simply perform an emergency start once – this will resolve the remote synchronization problem.
Finally, verify that the passive entry (keyless entry) and one-touch push-start functions are operating correctly inside the vehicle.
